Sacred Reclamation Gatherings

A series of intimate sacred mornings for women returning to themselves

There are some conversations that only become possible in spaces where women feel safe enough to exhale.

Not because anyone is trying to fix them.

Not because they are being asked to perform healing.

But because, for a few hours, they are no longer carrying everything alone.

Sacred Reclamation Gatherings are deeply held mornings for women who feel the quiet pull to reconnect with themselves in a more honest and grounded way.

Held at The Phoenix Tree in Edithmead, Somerset, a beautiful tucked-away wellness space just off the M5, peaceful from the moment you arrive, each gathering offers a slower pace, meaningful conversation, guided reflection, meditation, journaling, and sacred ritual within an intimate gathering of just nine women.

These are not workshops in the traditional sense. There is no stage. No pressure to share more than feels comfortable. No expectation to arrive with answers or clarity.

Instead, you are welcomed into a thoughtfully prepared space that invites you to soften, settle, and come back to yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

What Makes These Gatherings Different

From the moment you step through the door, something changes.

You will be welcomed with a smoke blessing before gathering around a long rustic table, warm, informal, and unhurried, with herbal teas, decaf coffee, homemade treats, and space to arrive fully into the morning.

An altar space is prepared with candles, flowers, and oracle cards. There are soft places to rest during breaks. Beyond the French doors, ducks wander freely across the lawn, and horses move quietly in a nearby paddock.

The world does not feel far away here. It simply feels less urgent.

Throughout the morning, we move between meditation, reflection, journaling, honest conversation, and moments of unhurried stillness. Before we close, we gather around the altar together, standing, present, and facing one another, to honour what has been witnessed, remembered, or reclaimed within ourselves.

This is sacred work. But sacred in the truest sense, not performative, not polished beyond recognition, not distant.

It is sacred because women are given space to tell the truth.

To listen to themselves again.

To soften.

To remember.

To be witnessed without needing to become someone else first.

The Sacred Reclamation Gatherings Series

Each gathering explores a different part of the journey home to yourself. Together, they form a journey through remembrance, embodiment, rest, self-trust, and receiving.

You are welcome to attend a single gathering that calls to you, or to experience the full Sacred Reclamation series from beginning to end. Either way, your path into this work is your own.

The Five Gatherings

A gathering devoted to remembering the woman beneath the roles, labels, expectations, and identities that have shaped your life.

A morning of reconnecting with the wisdom of your body and learning to listen to yourself with greater honesty, trust, and care.

An invitation to explore rest not as something earned, but as a sacred act of devotion to yourself.

A gathering exploring self-trust, boundaries, and what it means to live more honestly from your own centre.

The final gathering in the series, devoted to opening yourself to support, softness, abundance, and the fullness of life.

Frequently asked questions

Where are the gatherings held?

The Sacred Reclamation Gatherings are held at the Phoenix Tree Studio, Edithmead, Highbridge in Somerset. Free parking is available. Full details will be provided upon booking.

Do I need to attend the full series to benefit?

Not at all. Each gathering stands alone as a complete and valuable experience. You are warmly welcome to join for a single morning. That said, women who commit to the full series often find the depth of the journey, and the community they build along the way, to be something quite extraordinary.

What should I bring?

Simply yourself. Teas, coffees, and refreshments are provided throughout the morning. You may wish to bring a journal if you like to write, but nothing is required. You will receive a journaling prompt sheet and a take-home practice at each gathering.

What does a smoke blessing involve?

A smoke blessing is a gentle cleansing ritual using sacred herbs, traditionally used to clear and open a space with intention. It is offered to each woman as she arrives. If you have any sensitivities or would prefer not to receive it, simply let Beth know and it will be completely respected.

You are very welcome to reach out at [email protected] and I will be happy to help

How many women attend each gathering?

Each gathering holds nine women, making ten souls in the space including Beth. This number is intentional and will not be exceeded, so early booking is recommended.

Are the gatherings suitable if I am new to this kind of work?

Completely. You do not need any prior experience of inner work, meditation, or sacred practice. Women arrive from many different starting points and all of them are the right place to begin.

What is the early bird price and when does it close?

Each gathering has an early bird price of £55, available until approximately two weeks before the event date. Full details are on each individual gathering page. The standard price is £65.

What happens if a gathering is full?

A waiting list operates when a gathering is full. Add your name and you will be notified immediately if a place becomes available.
