There is something within you that has always known who you are.
Not the version shaped by expectation or responsibility. Not the woman who learned to keep everyone else comfortable, who quietly adapted herself to what was needed, or who slowly began measuring her worth by how much she could carry.
Something older.
Something steadier.
Something that has never stopped belonging to you.
This Gathering is an invitation to remember her.

Held at the Spring Equinox, we gather at a powerful moment of balance. Equal light. Equal darkness. A brief pause before the wheel of the year turns once more. The Equinox invites us to stand at the threshold and ask where we are truly rooted in our own lives.
Two days later, the Full Moon in Virgo reaches her fullness, bringing clarity, discernment and the quiet courage to see ourselves honestly. Not through the expectations of others, but through our own inner knowing.
Where have you become smaller in order to make life easier for everyone else?
Where have you ignored what you knew to be true because it felt simpler to keep the peace?
Where have you slowly handed your authority to other voices instead of trusting your own?
This morning is not about becoming stronger.
It is about remembering the woman who has quietly known herself all along.
What the morning holds

From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed into a space that has been prepared with care and intention.
As you step through the door, you will be invited to receive a smoke blessing before settling around a long rustic table with herbal teas, decaffeinated coffee and homemade vegan and gluten-free treats. At the heart of the room, an altar of candles, flowers, crystals and seasonal symbols creates a quiet focal point for the morning ahead.
Together, we will move through guided meditation, thoughtful reflection, journalling and honest conversation. There is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable, nor any expectation to arrive with answers. You are simply invited to be present, to listen to yourself, and to explore the themes of the Gathering in your own way.
Throughout the morning, you will have time to reflect on where your life feels fully your own and where you may have gradually surrendered your voice, your choices or your authority. Rather than leaving with ideas alone, you will begin discovering small, intentional ways of living more honestly from your own centre, supported by reflections and resources that you can continue returning to long after the Gathering has ended.
Before we close, we gather together one final time to acknowledge what has been witnessed, reclaimed and strengthened during the morning, carrying those reflections gently back into our lives.
Continuing Your Sacred Reclamation
Throughout the morning, you will have time to reflect, write and explore what living from your own authority might look like within the reality of your everyday life. Together, we will gently consider how sovereignty can become something you practise through the ordinary choices you make each day, rather than something that feels distant or difficult to reach.
Rather than leaving with sovereignty as simply an inspiring idea, you will begin creating your own personal practices of Sacred Reclamation, supported by reflections and resources that you can continue returning to long after the Gathering has ended.

This gathering is for you if
You find it difficult to say no without extensive explanation or apology.
You have a sense that you have been shaping yourself around the expectations of others for a long time, and you are ready to begin living more honestly from your own centre.
You make decisions based on what is expected of you rather than what feels genuinely right for you.
Before we close, we gather together one final time to acknowledge what has been witnessed, strengthened and reclaimed during the morning, carrying those reflections gently back into our lives.

A note from me
Sovereignty is the word I came home to.
I am a Leo Sun, Leo Rising. Fire through and through. And yet for years I lived in ways that had nothing to do with the sovereign, authentic, deeply alive woman I actually am. I kept myself small. I gave my authority away in ways I did not even recognise until I began to look clearly at the patterns.
The fibromyalgia taught me something about this that nothing else could have. When your body forces you to stop, when the life you have been living is no longer sustainable, when all the coping and managing and overriding finally reaches its limit, you are left with a question that cannot be avoided.
Who am I, and how do I actually want to live?
Answering that question honestly was the beginning of my sovereignty.
Not the loud, triumphant kind. The quiet kind. The kind that shows up in the moment when you say no to something that does not feel right and you do not collapse under the weight of the guilt. The kind that arrives when you make a decision from your own centre rather than from the expectations around you. The kind that feels, above everything else, like coming home to yourself.
I created this gathering because I believe sovereignty is every woman's birthright. Not something to be earned or achieved. Something to be remembered and reclaimed.
You were born with this. It has simply been waiting for you to come back to it.
With love, Beth
