Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking or joining any of my services. By booking a session, reading, programme, circle, or workshop with me, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms.
One to One Sessions and Readings
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session date. You will receive a reminder email in advance.
Your deposit is non-refundable. However, I fully recognise that life can get in the way sometimes and circumstances can change. Your deposit remains valid for twelve months from your original booking date, giving you space and time should you wish to reschedule rather than cancel. If you decide to rebook within twelve months, please get in touch directly rather than booking through the website again, so we can arrange things smoothly and make sure your deposit is honoured.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a Sacred Reclamation Coaching Session or Sacred Opening, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Your deposit will carry forward to your new date and remains valid for twelve months from your original booking date.
The Sacred Reclamation Blueprint Reading requires a minimum of five days notice to reschedule, due to the significant preparation involved in creating your reading. Your deposit will carry forward to your new date and remains valid for twelve months from your original booking date. If you need to reschedule with less than five days notice, please reach out to me directly at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a way forward together.
Cancelling
Cancelling
If you need to cancel a coaching session or Sacred Opening with more than 48 hours notice, no further payment will be required. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the remaining balance will still be due.
If you need to cancel a Blueprint Reading with more than five days notice, no further payment will be required. If you cancel with less than five days notice, the remaining balance will still be due.
If something unexpected has happened, please reach out at [email protected] before cancelling. I would always rather have a conversation than have you feel like you have nowhere to turn.
Missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable and the remaining balance will be due.

The Sacred Container
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full investment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the Sacred Container. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your first session.

If you are cancelling before your journey has begun and with more than 48 hours notice, no further payment will be required. If you are cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, the remaining balance will still be due.
Once your Container has begun, the agreed investment remains payable in full regardless of whether individual sessions are attended. If you are on a payment plan, your scheduled payments will continue for the duration of the Container.

The Sacred Sanctuary Membership
The Sacred Sanctuary is a monthly rolling membership billed at £30 per month.
Your membership begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same date.
You are free to cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of a billing month.
To cancel, simply manage your subscription through your membership account or contact me at [email protected] and I will take care of it for you.
Sister Circles, Classes, and Workshops
All Sister Circles, in-person workshops, and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked, unless the gathering is cancelled by me as the host.
In the event that I need to cancel a gathering, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
A Note on the Nature of This Work
Sacred Reclamation Coaching, astrology readings, and all associated services offered by Beth Helbrow are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, I encourage you to seek the appropriate professional help.
The work we do together is intended to support your personal growth, self-understanding, and wellbeing. You are always the authority on your own life and your own choices.

Please note that information shared within sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

I use your personal data to provide and manage the services you have booked, respond to your enquiries, process payments, send you updates or newsletters where you have given your consent to receive these, and comply with any legal obligations.
I will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
I may share your data with trusted third party service providers who assist me in running my business, including payment processors and website hosting providers. All third parties are required to handle your data confidentially and in compliance with GDPR.
The current third party services I use include Stripe for payment processing and my website hosting platform.
3. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data
I process your personal data on the following legal bases.
Contractual necessity, meaning to fulfil the services you have booked with me. Consent, for marketing communications and for processing any sensitive personal data you share. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Legitimate interests, to maintain and improve my services and communicate with you effectively. Legal obligations, to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Data Retention
I will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
