The Invitation
Your body is always speaking to you.
In the tension that settles in your shoulders before you have consciously registered that something is wrong. In the sudden heaviness that arrives when you agree to something that does not feel right. In the ease and lightness that comes when you are exactly where you are meant to be.
It has its own language. A constant, honest, remarkably precise language that most of us were never taught to read.
This gathering is an invitation to begin learning it.

This gathering is held in the light of the approaching Full Moon in Taurus, and that feels exactly right.
The Full Moon illuminates. It brings things to the surface that have been present but unnoticed, and asks us to look honestly at what is already there. Taurus is the most embodied sign of the zodiac, deeply rooted in the senses, in physical presence, in the quiet wisdom of slowing down long enough to feel what is actually here.
Together, these energies make this morning a particularly powerful invitation. To stop moving for a few hours. To drop down out of the thinking mind and into the body that has been patiently holding your truth all along. To let what has been speaking quietly beneath the surface finally be heard.
We live in a world that moves fast and rewards busyness. And in that world, it is remarkably easy to lose the thread of connection to what your body is actually telling you.
Not because you are doing anything wrong. Simply because life is full, demands are real, and the quiet signals of the body are easy to miss when everything else is louder.
Most of us have learned, without even realising it, to live slightly above ourselves. Moving through our days from the neck up, driven by thought and task and responsibility, checking in with the body only when it becomes impossible to ignore.
But your body holds so much more than the absence of symptoms or the presence of pain. It holds your instincts. Your boundaries. Your genuine responses to the people and situations around you. Your energy levels, your emotional landscape, your deepest sense of what is right and what is not.
When you learn to listen to it, really listen, you gain access to a source of wisdom that has been available to you all along.
This is not about adding another practice to an already full life. It is simply about beginning to notice. To slow down enough to hear what is already being said. To understand what your body is communicating and why it matters.
That is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned.

What the morning holds
You will arrive into a space that has been prepared for you.
As you step through the door, you will be welcomed with a smoke blessing. From there, you will gather around a long rustic table with herbal teas, decaf coffee, and homemade treats, and space to arrive fully into the morning. Conversation begins to settle. The pace begins to change.
At the heart of the room, an altar has been laid with candles, crystals, flowers, and oracle cards. It is the still point around which the morning turns.
From that place of genuine presence, we begin.
The morning moves through a guided body scan to help you develop the practice of checking in with yourself from head to toe, breathwork to help you drop beneath the surface of the thinking mind and arrive fully in the body, and deep journaling to help you begin to decode what you notice and what it might be telling you. There is honest, unhurried conversation in the warmth of the group about what tuning in actually looks and feels like in real life.
We will explore what the body's signals might mean and how to begin to recognise them. We will look at why the pace of ordinary life can override those signals without us even noticing, and what becomes possible when we begin to respond differently. We will practise the quiet, accessible art of genuinely checking in with ourselves, not as a grand commitment but as an honest and grounded way of living.
Before we close, we gather together around the altar, standing in a circle, facing one another. In that closing space we honour what has been witnessed, what has been felt, and what each woman is carrying home with her.
You will leave with a real understanding of what listening to your body actually means in practice, and simple, accessible ways to continue in your own time.
This gathering is for you if
You sense that your body is communicating something but you have not yet learned how to hear it clearly.
You move through your days at pace and would love to develop a more honest, connected relationship with yourself.
You are curious about what body awareness actually means in practice, beyond the concept.
You want simple, accessible ways of tuning in that work within the reality of everyday life.

You are drawn to the idea of exploring this in sacred community with other women, in a space where slowing down is not only allowed but invited.
Or you simply feel the pull of this morning and trust that feeling enough to follow it.
You do not need any prior experience of body awareness, breathwork, or meditation. You simply need a willingness to slow down and notice.

A Note From Me
Learning to listen to my body changed my life. Not in a dramatic or sudden way. But in the quiet, accumulating way that real change actually happens.
I spent years moving through life at pace, managing what arose, overriding the signals that were asking me to slow down. My body had been speaking to me the whole time. I simply had not learned to hear it yet.
When I finally began to listen, really listen, I found a source of wisdom I had not known was available to me. A particular kind of tiredness that was asking for something entirely different from more sleep. A tightness that arrived in certain situations and was trying to tell me something true about them. A sense of ease in places and with people that I had been dismissing as too simple to trust.
The more I listened, the more I understood. And the more I understood, the more I was able to respond to myself with genuine care rather than simply managing whatever arose.
I created this gathering because I believe every woman deserves to have this relationship with her own body. Not as something to be achieved or perfected. As a living, ongoing conversation that makes everything else feel more honest and more grounded.
Your body is not separate from your wisdom. It is where your wisdom lives.
Held in love, Beth
