The Invitation

Somewhere beneath everything you carry, she is still there.

The woman you were before the roles accumulated. Before the labels settled. Before you learned, quietly and gradually, to define yourself by what you could do, what you could hold together, and what the world decided you were.

She has not gone anywhere.

This gathering is an invitation to remember her.

A New Moon, A New Beginning

This gathering is held on the New Moon in Libra, and that is not a coincidence.

The New Moon is the moment of beginning. Of stepping across a threshold into something not yet fully formed but already calling. It is the most natural time in the lunar cycle to ask a new question, to set a new intention, to turn gently toward something that has been waiting.

Libra asks us to look honestly at how we are seen, how we have allowed others to define us, and where our sense of self has been shaped more by relationship and expectation than by our own true nature.

Together, these energies make this morning exactly what it is. A sacred threshold. A beginning. An invitation to step into the question of who you actually are beneath it all.

Why this gathering exists

Most of us arrive at a point, at some stage in our lives, where we realise we have been living inside a collection of definitions that do not fully belong to us.

Some were given to us by others. By society, by circumstance, by the bodies we were born into, by the roles we stepped into with love or necessity or simply because life asked it of us.

Some we gave to ourselves. Measuring our worth by what we could achieve or produce. Allowing the labels to become the whole story of who we are.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, a question quietly forms.

But which one is actually me?

That question is not a crisis. It is a beginning.

Because beneath every role you have ever carried, every label that has ever been placed on you or that you have placed on yourself, there is a woman who existed before any of it. Who has her own nature, her own desires, her own truth. Who has perhaps been waiting, patiently and without complaint, to be remembered.

Some roles are a joy and a blessing. Some are carried with genuine love. This is not about abandoning them or deciding they were wrong. It is about finding the woman underneath them all, and beginning to live from that place rather than being lost within the weight of what you carry.

That is where Sacred Reclamation begins. With remembering who you are.

Most of us arrive at a point, at some stage in our lives, where we realise we have been living inside a collection of definitions that do not fully belong to us.

Some of them were given to us by others. By society, by circumstance, by the bodies we were born into, by the roles we stepped into with love or necessity or simply because life asked it of us.

Some of them we gave to ourselves. Measuring our worth by our career title. Defining ourselves by what we could achieve or produce. Allowing the labels: illness, relationship status, caring role, body size, mental health history, to become the whole story of who we are.

I know this from the inside.

I have been defined by polycystic ovaries that meant I could not have children, and by a society that has a particular word for women like me. I have been defined by fibromyalgia, by depression, by anxiety. By caring roles that asked me to put myself last. By a career I worked hard to build and then lost. By a body that did not cooperate with the life I was trying to live.

And I know the moment when you look at all of those labels and roles and ask, quietly and with a kind of aching honesty, but which one is actually me?

That question is not a crisis. It is a beginning.

Because beneath every role you have ever carried, every label that has ever been placed on you or that you have placed on yourself, there is a woman who existed before any of it. Who has her own nature, her own desires, her own truth. Who has perhaps been waiting, patiently and without complaint, to be remembered.

Some roles are a joy and a blessing. Some are carried with genuine love. This is not about abandoning them or deciding they were wrong. It is about finding the woman underneath them all, and beginning to live from that place rather than being defined by the weight of what you carry.

That is where Sacred Reclamation begins. With remembering who you are.

What the morning holds

You will arrive into a space that has been prepared for you.

As you step through the door, you will be welcomed with a smoke blessing. From there, you will gather around a long rustic table, warm and unhurried, with herbal teas, decaf coffee, and homemade treats waiting. This is where we settle into the morning together. Where conversation begins to soften and the outside world begins to quiet.

At the heart of the room, an altar has been laid with candles, crystals, flowers, and oracle cards. It is the still point around which the morning turns.

From that place of genuine presence, we begin.

The morning moves through guided meditation, reflection, honest conversation, and deep journaling. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to. There is no expectation to arrive with clarity or answers. You are invited simply to be present with yourself, in the company of women who understand.

Together we will explore the roles and labels you carry, and where they feel heavy rather than true. We will sit with the question of who you are beneath them. We will begin to remember the woman who existed before the world shaped you, and to understand what it might mean to bring her forward into the life you are living now.

Before we close, we gather together around the altar, standing in a circle, facing one another. In that closing space we honour what has been witnessed and what has shifted, offering ourselves and each other a moment of simple, sacred acknowledgement.

You will leave with something real. A clearer sense of yourself. A beginning. And the knowledge that you are not navigating this alone.

This gathering is for you if

You are curious about who you are beneath the roles and labels you carry, and you are ready to begin exploring that question honestly.

You have a quiet but persistent sense that there is more of you waiting to be discovered, and a readiness to begin looking.

You want to give yourself a morning of genuine reflection in the company of women who understand, in a space where nothing is required of you except your presence.

You feel drawn to inner work that goes somewhere real rather than staying on the surface.

Or you simply feel the pull of this morning and trust that feeling enough to follow it.

You do not need to have been through anything in particular to belong here. You do not need to arrive with answers or clarity. You need only to be willing to begin.

A note from me

I created this gathering because I know what it is to lose the thread of yourself.

There came a point in my own life when I looked at everything I was carrying, the roles, the health labels, the expectations I had absorbed without ever consciously choosing them, and realised I could no longer tell which parts of me were genuinely mine. I had been living inside definitions that other people, and life itself, had written for me. And something essential had quietly gone missing somewhere in the middle of all of it.

What I found when I began to look beneath all of that changed everything.

The woman underneath was not who I had been told she was. She was more vibrant, more honest, more fully alive than the version of me that had been managing everything for so long. She had simply been waiting. Patiently and without complaint, waiting to be remembered.

I believe she is there in every woman who recognises something in what I am describing. And I believe that the sacred act of sitting together, in honest and unhurried company, and asking the question, who was I before all of this, is one of the most powerful places that journey can begin.

It would be my honour to hold that space for you.

Held in love, Beth
