A morning to imagine what is possible
There is something quietly powerful about giving your desires a physical form.
About sitting in a room with other women, giving yourself permission to dream, to explore what you truly want, and to imagine a life that feels more honest, more aligned, and more genuinely your own.
This is more than a morning of cutting out pictures and creating a beautiful board. It is a sacred, creative space to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with what matters to you, and give shape to the possibilities calling for your attention.
Through guided reflection, a visioning meditation and the creative process of building your own vision board, you will begin to explore not just what you want to achieve, but how you want your life to feel.
And you will leave with something tangible: a personal visual reminder of the intentions, dreams and possibilities you have chosen to honour.
You do not need to arrive knowing what you want. Discovering that is part of the experience.

What the morning holds
From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed into a warm, supportive space where everything has been thoughtfully prepared for you.
We begin with a guided visioning meditation, creating space to turn your attention inwards, reconnect with yourself, and open to the possibilities ahead.
From there, we move into reflection and self-discovery. Through thoughtful prompts and personal exploration, you will begin to uncover what matters most to you, what you would love to welcome into your life, and the dreams and desires that are ready to be acknowledged.
Then comes the creative magic.
You will arrive into a warm, welcoming space where everything you need has been prepared for you. Teas, coffees, and refreshments are waiting. Materials are laid out and ready.
We begin with a visioning meditation to help you settle, soften, and arrive in yourself before we begin the creative work. This is not a small thing. The quality of what you create is shaped by the quality of presence you bring to it, and the meditation creates that foundation.
From that place of inner clarity, we move into gentle guided reflection. Through simple prompts and honest self-inquiry you will begin to identify what you want this next chapter of your life to feel like. The areas that are calling for attention, nourishment, or change. The things you have been quietly longing for. The life that is waiting when you give yourself permission to reach toward it.
Then we create.
With a beautiful selection of magazines, images, words and inspiration, you will bring your vision to life on your own A2 board. There are no rules, no expectations and no artistic skills required. Simply follow what resonates with you as your intentions begin to take shape.
You will take home your vision board, whether complete or still evolving, as a personal expression of your dreams, desires and intentions for the year ahead
What I bring to this morning
For many years, I have had the privilege of bringing women together in spaces where they can pause, reconnect with themselves and explore what truly matters to them.
As an experienced coach, facilitator and women's circle leader, I know how powerful it can be to step away from everyday expectations and give ourselves permission to listen to our own dreams and desires.
My role throughout the morning is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your possibilities, expressing your creativity and discovering what feels meaningful to you.
There is no right or wrong way to create your vision board, and no expectation to share anything you would prefer to keep private.
I will be there to offer inspiration, encouragement and practical support as you bring your personal vision to life.
