What do I need to provide for my reading?

Do I need to have a health issue to benefit from this reading?
Not at all. This reading can be deeply supportive whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply feel something is "off" and want to understand yourself more fully — physically, emotionally, or energetically.
How is this different from a regular astrology reading?
This is a sacred, Goddess-centred approach focused on your holistic well-being. We explore your physical and emotional health through your birth chart, using intuition, astrological insight, and energetic guidance — not traditional, clinical astrology. I will also look at your Transit chart and your progression chart to get a full picture of your health in your chart, where you are now. It does not however predict health conditions, illnesses nor death.
Can this reading diagnose a medical condition?
No. I am not a medical doctor and I do not offer diagnoses or medical treatment. This is a spiritual and intuitive tool for self-awareness and energetic healing, designed to support you alongside your existing care.
What kind of health insights can I expect?
You might gain clarity around emotional stress patterns, energy leaks, hormonal imbalances, nervous system overwhelm, or ancestral influences on your health. We will explore natural ways to support your healing, such as herbs, crystals, essential oils, and lifestyle shifts.
What is distance Reiki, and how does it work?
Reiki is universal life force energy that flows beyond time and space. During your session, I will send healing energy to you using my bespoke Goddess crystal grid, focused on your chakras and auric field. Most clients feel calm, relaxed, and energetically renewed.
How long does it take from booking to have the reading?
I usually require at least 10 working days to prepare the written report to fit in around my other diary commitments. This can be negotiated at the time of booking.
Do you offer payment plans?

Do you offer money back if I am not happy with the reading?
No. I will have done the work and put in a time to prepare the information for you. I have never had a client be unhappy with their reading and I hope I never will but once the work is done it would be highly unlikely that a refund would be offered unless there were exceptional circumstances.
