In this 15-minute guided visualisation, you will be led through a calm and restorative process of reconnecting with your energy.

You will:

✨ settle into stillness and become aware of your body
✨ notice where your attention and energy have been placed
✨ gently draw your energy back to yourself
✨ release what no longer feels necessary to carry
✨ reconnect with a sense of steadiness and presence

You do not need any experience with meditation.

Simply a quiet space and a few uninterrupted minutes.
