It is a simple, guided ritual you can return to whenever you need to pause, release what you have been carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
You will be guided through:

The ritual takes around 10 to 15 minutes and can be practiced each month during the Dark Moon, or whenever you feel the need to step back and reset.
