What Is Sacred Pause?

Sacred Pause is a free online gathering where you can stop, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

 

If you are feeling burnt out, depleted, or like you have lost yourself while taking care of everyone else, this is your permission to pause.

 

No pressure to share. No expectations. Just gentle, guided support to help you feel like yourself again, even if just for an hour.

What Happens During Sacred Pause?

Each 45-60 minute session includes:

 

Grounding breathwork to settle your nervous system and help you arrive fully

 

Guided meditation to quiet the mental noise and create inner space

 

Reflective journaling prompts to help you reconnect with what you need

 

A short teaching on sacred self-care, boundaries, or holistic wellbeing

 

Optional time for questions at the end (you are welcome to just listen)

 

Everything is designed to be accessible whether you are new to these practices or have been doing them for years.

You do not need any experience with meditation, breathwork, or spiritual practices. You just need to show up as you are.

What You will Need

✨Optional: a candle if that feels good to you

Questions About Sacred Pause?

How long is it?

45-60 minutes, depending on the theme and group energy.

 

Do I need to have my camera on?

No. You are welcome to keep your camera off if that feels more comfortable.

 

Will I be expected to share?

Not at all. There is optional time for questions at the end, but you can simply listen and absorb.

 

Is this religious?

No. While the practices are spiritually nourishing, they are not tied to any specific religion or belief system.

 

I have never meditated before, is that okay?

Absolutely. Everything is gently guided. No experience necessary.
