You learn to listen to your body instead of overriding its signals. You begin tending to your physical needs as a sacred act of worthiness - nourishment, rest, comfort, safety, not as something to feel guilty about.

Both offer deep transformation using the Four Pillars framework. The choice is simply about what kind of container feels right for you right now.
Do I need to attend all 10 sessions live?
The live sessions are where the deepest transformation happens, the shared energy, witnessing, and collective support. However, all sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you absolutely need to miss one.
What if I cannot make Monday or Tuesday evenings?
Unfortunately, these are the only times offered to maintain group consistency. If the timing doesn't work for you, consider Sacred Transformation Coaching (1:1) which offers complete flexibility.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy helps you process the past. Coaching helps you move forward. This programme combines coaching with holistic practices, sacred rituals, and the Four Pillars framework. Many women do therapy AND coaching, they serve different purposes.
What if I have never done group work before?
The group is small (maximum 4 women) and held with deep care. You share what feels comfortable, and you are never pressured to disclose more than you want. Many women find the group energy less intimidating than they expected and more powerful than they imagined.
Will there be another cohort if I am not ready for this one?
Yes. Your Sacred Pathway runs multiple times per year. If this timing doesn't work, you can join the next cohort.
Can I do this programme more than once?
Yes. Some women return to Your Sacred Pathway at different life stages because the work deepens each time.
What happens after the 10 weeks end?
Many women join The Sacred Sanctuary membership to continue the work with monthly support. Others move to 1:1 coaching. You are also welcome to simply take what you have learned and integrate it into your life.
