What Are Sister Circles?
Sister Circles are online gatherings where women come together to honour the changing seasons, connect with each other, and practice sacred self-care.
Held every 6 weeks throughout the year, each circle aligns with seasonal transitions and natural cycles. We gather to pause, breathe, reflect, and support each other in a space that feels both grounding and nourishing.
Whether you are seeking spiritual connection, meaningful community, or simply a regular practice of slowing down, Sister Circles offer all of this.
What You Can Expect
Each 75-minute gathering includes:
Opening prayer I open each circle with a prayer to Goddess as part of my practice as a Priestess. This sets sacred intention for our time together.
Breathwork Gentle breathing practices to help you settle into the space and arrive fully present.
Guided meditation Often incorporating Goddess energy and seasonal themes. These meditations are accessible whether you're new to spiritual practice or deeply experienced.
Reflective journaling Prompts to help you connect with your inner wisdom and the season's energy.
Seasonal ritual Simple practices to honour the turning of the year and your connection to nature.
Closing prayer We close with gratitude to Goddess and to each other.
Optional sharing Time at the end for anyone who wishes to share reflections. You are always welcome to simply listen.
All circles are held online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own space.
Who Are Sister Circles For?
Sister Circles welcome any woman who:

You do not need any prior knowledge of spiritual practices, seasonal traditions, or Goddess work. Everything is explained and guided. You just need an open heart and willingness to show up for yourself.
Many women find the Goddess presence comforting and grounding, even if it is completely new to them. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Frequency: Every 6 weeks throughout the year
Time: 7.30pm UK time
Duration: Approximately 75 minutes
Format: Online via Zoom (join from anywhere)
Cost: Free for Sacred Sanctuary members / £10 per circle for non-members
Recording: Yes, available for those who cannot attend live
What to bring: Journal and pen, glass of water or herbal tea. Any specific items needed will be shared before each circle.

Dates for upcoming circles will be announced via my mailing list and on social media.
Sacred Sanctuary members receive automatic invitations to all Sister Circles as part of their membership.
Non-members can register for individual circles as they are announced.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know about Goddess spirituality to join?
Not at all. While I work as a Priestess and bring Goddess energy into the circles, everything is explained and accessible. Many women are completely new to this when they join their first circle.
Will I have to share or speak?
Only if you want to. Some women love to share at the end; others prefer to listen and absorb. Both are completely welcome.
Can I keep my camera off?
Yes, you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
I am a Sacred Sanctuary member, how do I access the circles?
You will receive automatic invitations to all Sister Circles as part of your membership. No additional booking needed.
What if I cannot attend live?
All circles are recorded and available to registered participants afterwards.
Are Sister Circles religious?
They are spiritual rather than religious. While I work with Goddess as part of my practice, Sister Circles are not tied to any specific religion or doctrine. They are open to women from all backgrounds.
