The Sacred Sanctuary, a Space to Come Back to Yourself

The honest story behind the Sacred Sanctuary, and why it has taken three versions to find its true shape

There is a particular kind of woman who finds herself here.

She may not always be able to explain quite why she came. But something in her recognised this space before she could fully name what she was looking for.

She may be mid-journey, already deep in the work of knowing herself. She may be at a threshold, feeling something shift beneath the surface of her ordinary life. She may simply have a sense that there is more to her than the life she has been living, and a quiet readiness to explore what that means.

The Sacred Sanctuary was created for her.

Whatever brings a woman here, what she shares with others on this path is a willingness to turn toward herself more honestly.

To ask different questions. To listen more closely. To begin honouring what she feels, even when the world around her does not quite understand it.

The people closest to her may be supportive in general, but cannot quite meet her in the specific. The online spaces available can feel noisy or shallow or relentlessly focused on productivity and performance rather than genuine transformation. And so she carries the weight of this work largely alone, even when she is surrounded by people who love her.

What these women need is not another course to complete or another piece of content to consume. What they need is a place to belong. A consistent, safe, held space where they can come back to themselves each month, be witnessed, be supported, and be reminded that the path they are walking is real and it is worth it.

That need is why I created the Sacred Sanctuary.

And understanding why it has taken me three versions to get it right tells you everything about what Sacred Reclamation actually requires.

What This Space Was Born From

When I look back at the most difficult stretches of my own journey, the two breakdowns, the years of pushing through chronic pain and exhaustion, the long process of rebuilding a sense of self after each collapse, one of the things I was most hungry for was consistent, genuine community. Not people who offered advice or problem-solving or the kind of cheerful encouragement that skates across the surface of real pain. Women who were in it with me. Who understood the particular territory of trying to reclaim yourself when your body is not cooperating and the world is still asking things of you.

That kind of community is hard to find. And even when you find something close to it, it often lacks the structure that makes it sustaining rather than another thing you have to work to maintain.

I know what it is to need somewhere to land each month. A consistent rhythm that holds you even when life gets loud. A space that asks nothing of you except your honesty and your presence.

I built the Sacred Sanctuary because I needed it to have existed when I was at my lowest. I wanted to create something that the women coming to me could step into without having to spend a great deal of money, without having to commit to a level of intensity they were not ready for, and without having to already have their lives together in order to benefit. Somewhere affordable. Somewhere genuinely safe. Somewhere that met them exactly where they were.

Saturn in Gemini in my 11th house: the placement of someone who understands community and connection through the lens of structure, patience, and long-term building. Saturn here does not create overnight belonging. She builds it slowly, carefully, in a way that lasts. The 11th house governs groups, networks, and the sense of finding your people. This placement has always asked me to think carefully about the sacred containers I create for others, and to build them to hold.

Version One: The Moon as Our Rhythm

I launched the original Sacred Sanctuary during Aquarius season. That timing mattered to me.Aquarius is the sign of community, of networks, of people finding their people. It felt like the right sky under which to begin something built around belonging.

The original membership was rooted entirely in the moon cycle, because the moon had become one of the most grounding and orienting frameworks in my own life. Each month I created three workbooks: one for the Dark Moon, one for the New Moon, and one for the Full Moon. Each contained guidance, journaling prompts, affirmations, and rituals to move through the lunar cycle consciously rather than being pulled along by it unawares. The meditation library was there from the beginning, growing month by month.

I loved this format in many ways. There is something deeply right about organising women’s inner work around the moon. The rhythm of it, the release of the Dark Moon, the intention-setting of the New, the illumination and completion of the Full mirrors the rhythm of reclamation itself. Nothing is linear. Everything moves in cycles.

This version ran for around nineteen months. And for much of that time, it served the women inside it genuinely well.

But I began to sense its limits. The format was consistent, which was good. But consistent can tip into predictable, and predictable can tip into something that no longer challenges or surprises. I was also growing. My understanding of my own work was deepening, particularly as I moved deeper into my Priestess training and the Silver Spiral. The woman who had created the original Sanctuary was not quite the same woman who was running it nineteen months later.

A sacred container that does not grow with the woman inside it eventually becomes a constraint.

I wanted to offer more depth. More teaching. More of the rich astrological and spiritual work I was immersing myself in. And so, in August 2025, the Sanctuary evolved.

Version Two: The Lesson in Doing Too Much

The second version of the Sacred Sanctuary was built around spiritual teachings and deeper content. And I want to be fully honest with you about what it became, because the story of version two is not a proud one, but it is an important one.

Each month I produced a welcome video. Three crystal videos. An oracle card reading video. A main workbook. Two bonus workbooks. A lunar dates booklet with keywords, journal prompts, and affirmations for each significant moon moment. And a new meditation added to the library.

I produced all of this. Every month. On top of running my coaching practice, volunteering at the Goddess Temple, managing my health, caring responsibilities for my family, and living my life.

If you are a woman who has ever pushed herself well past her genuine capacity because she believed that more meant better, more meant valuable, more meant she was truly serving, you will recognise what I am about to say.

It was too much. Not just for me to create, but for any human being to meaningfully absorb and work with in a single month. The women inside the Sanctuary were not being better served by the volume of what I was offering. If anything, the sheer quantity of content was its own kind of overwhelm. Another pile of things to get through. Another way of feeling behind.

And underneath all of it, a quieter and more uncomfortable truth: it did not feel like me. The real depth of what I do is not in volume of information. It is in presence. In held space. In genuine connection and honest conversation.

A library of videos and workbooks, however well-crafted, cannot replicate that. I was working from a belief that content was the answer, and content was not the answer.

My health was also speaking clearly. Creating that quantity of material every month was exhausting me. And I know, I have known this for years, and it is the heart of everything I teach, that when the work is depleting rather than sustaining me, something is wrong. I was not modelling Sacred Reclamation. I was modelling the exact pattern I help women to dismantle.

I had to be honest with myself. Version two, however well-intentioned, was not the shape this membership was meant to be.

There is something deeply fitting in the fact that it was the weight of too much that made this clear. Learning to recognise the difference between what is genuinely mine to carry and what I have taken on out of a belief that I have to earn my value; that is one of the central threads of my own reclamation. The Sanctuary itself was asking me to apply that lesson.

Version Three: What the Sacred Sanctuary Was Always Meant to Be

When I sat with what the Sanctuary genuinely needed to become, I kept returning to the same question: what do women who are on a path of Sacred Reclamation actually need from a monthly membership?

Not content. They can find content everywhere. The internet is not short of workbooks and videos and guided meditations.

They need to feel held. They need consistency they can rely on. They need live connection with a real human being who sees them. They need a place to bring what is actually happening for them, not just a place to consume more material in the hope that something will eventually shift.

The new Sacred Sanctuary is built entirely around that understanding.

What is Inside the Sacred Sanctuary

A monthly Sacred Reclamation workbook. Deep, practical, and focused. One workbook, crafted with care, that you can actually work through in a month rather than feeling immediately behind.

A Dark Moon Sister Circle every month. A live, held group space to release, reflect, and be witnessed by other women on the same path. The Dark Moon is the most honest time in the lunar cycle, the moment before the new beginning, and it deserves sacred space.

A live group coaching call every month.Real conversation, real questions, real support. Not pre-recorded content but genuine presence.

The meditation library. A growing, curated collection that has been at the heart of the Sanctuary from the very beginning, and remains so.

All of this for £30 a month, because accessibility matters, and transformation should not require a significant financial leap before you are ready to make it.

This is a membership built around live connection and genuine presence, held within a structure that is sustainable for me to deliver and for you to receive. Nothing here is designed to overwhelm. Everything here is designed to support.

The consistent thread through all three versions has always been the meditation library. I have been building it since the beginning because I believe deeply in the power of regular, guided inner work, not as a luxury or a nice extra, but as a genuine pillar of Sacred Reclamation. That library continues to grow every month.

If the Dark Moon resonates with you as a threshold moment in the month, a time to release what is no longer yours to carry and arrive at the new beginning with intention, I have created a free Dark Moon ritual to offer you a taste of what that sacred space actually feels like. It is yours with my love, wherever you are in your journey.

Who the Sacred Sanctuary Is For

The Sacred Sanctuary is for any woman who feels the pull of this space.

You may simply be a woman who has always lived close to her inner life and is hungry for a community that speaks her language. A woman who wants the rhythm of something sacred to come back to each month. A woman who knows the value of honest, held space and has been looking for it in a form that genuinely fits her life.

Or you may be at a threshold.Something shifting, something ending, something beginning, and you want to be held through it rather than navigate it alone. You may feel a quiet sense of having drifted a little from yourself, of going through the motions of a life that looks fine but no longer feels fully yours. You may know that something wants your attention, even if you cannot yet name what it is.

All of these are the right reason to be here.

Women come to the Sacred Sanctuary from many different places. Some are in the middle of significant reclamation work. Some are navigating chronic illness, life transitions, or the slow dismantling of old patterns. Some are simply spiritually-oriented women who want structure, community, and depth woven into their month, not because something is broken, but because they know what nourishes them and they are choosing to honour that.

What they share is not a particular struggle or a particular stage of their journey. It is a readiness to be honest, to do the inner work, and to be held as they do.

The Sanctuary is a complete monthly sacred container in its own right. It is not a lesser version of something else, and it is not a waiting room. For some women, it is exactly the right depth of support for exactly where they are, and it remains so. For others, it becomes a natural beginning point that, over time, opens into something deeper. Both of those paths are entirely right.

There is no prerequisite for joining beyond a willingness to show up honestly, in a space that will hold you with care.

If something in you said yes as you read this, that is enough.

Why £30 a Month Matters to Me

I want to say something directly about the price, because I think it is worth naming rather than simply stating it.

I have lived on a limited income. I have navigated building a business whilst managing a chronic illness, and as a carer, in a world that does not always make space for either of those realities. I know what it is to look at an offering that speaks to exactly what you need and feel the particular ache of knowing it is not accessible to you right now.

The Sacred Sanctuary is priced at £30 a month because I genuinely believe that the women who are drawn to this work should not be priced out of it before they even begin. Community, connection, and consistent support are not luxuries reserved for those who have it all together. They are resources for women who are in the process of finding their way back to themselves. Those women deserve access to real, quality support at a price that does not add financial stress to everything else they are already carrying.

This is not a discounted version of my work. It is the right sacred container at the right price for where many women are on their journey.

An Invitation to Come Home

If you have read this far, something in this story has spoken to you.

Perhaps you recognise yourself in the pull toward something more honest, more grounded, more genuinely yours. Perhaps you have been looking for a community that speaks your language. Perhaps you are simply ready to give yourself this.A rhythm, a practice, a space that belongs entirely to you.

The door to the Sacred Sanctuary is open from 1 April.

You do not need to have your reclamation underway before you join. You do not need to know what you are doing or have the language for what you are feeling. You only need to be willing to show up honestly, once a month, in a space that will hold you with care.

The rest unfolds from there.
