Do you offer payment plans?

How long does it take from booking to have the reading?
I usually require at least 5 working days to prepare the written report to fit in around my other diary commitments. This can be negotiated at the time of booking.
Do you offer money back if I am not happy with the reading?
No. I will have done the work and put in a lot of hours to write the report and do the reading for you. I have never had a client be unhappy with their reading and I hope I never will but once the work is done it would be highly unlikely that a refund would be offered unless there were exceptional circumstances.
