Sacred Musings for the Soulful Journey

Gentle astrology, sacred self-care, soulful reflections,
and moon-guided wisdom to nourish your spirit.

Welcome to my Sacred Writings

There is a special kind of magic in putting pen to paper,
or fingertips to keyboard, and letting the soul flow free. Writing has always been my sanctuary, my safe space, and my joy.

If I am honest, I would much rather be curled up with my laptop, weaving words, than speaking live on Facebook or recording videos. Writing feels like coming home.

With Mercuria in Leo sitting brightly in my first house,
expressing myself through the written word feels as natural and effortless as breathing. It is a blessing I cherish deeply, and it made creating this blog feel like the most natural next step on my journey.

At first, I imagined this space would focus purely on astrology and the lunar rhythms I hold so close to my heart. But as I have grown, so too has the work I offer to the world. I have become not only a Star Priestess Astrologer but also a Sacred Self-Care Warrioress, and I am of course an Award-winning Spiritual Life Purpose Coach.

And so, this blog has become a rich, sacred tapestry, a blend of astrology, lunar wisdom, sacred self-care, soulful Coaching, musings, and gentle guidance for your own journey home to yourself.

It will be eclectic, heartfelt, and hopefully helpful, a living, breathing extension of the path I walk and the light I am honoured to share.

I hope you will come along for the ride and find something here that nourishes your spirit, inspires your growth, and reminds you of the deep sacredness that already lives within you.

With love and blessings,

Beth

Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes: Embracing Transformation, One Step at a Time

November 07, 20245 min read

Transformation is an ongoing process that tends to appear ordinary, when, in fact, something extraordinary is taking place.” - Suzy Ross

Introduction: A time for healing conversations

When you feel a deep urge to change, to break free of habits or beliefs that keep you stuck, it is both exciting and overwhelming. You want something different for yourself, something better, something that aligns with who you truly are at the core of your being. But as powerful as that desire is, change can feel daunting. And that is perfectly natural.

The good news is transformation isn’t about turning your life upside down overnight. It is a gentle unfolding, guided by core beliefs and small, intentional steps. As a spiritual life purpose coach and Star Priestess Astrologer, I have seen this transformation take place countless times, always beginning with a single choice to change and a willingness to explore what is underneath the surface. Let’s walk through this process together, starting with your foundations.

Pluto 1

1. Uncovering your core beliefs

Change without a foundation can feel like trying to build a house on shifting sand. For any true transformation, we need to uncover the beliefs that drive us. What are the core values and guiding principles that truly align with your heart and spirit? This exploration is not about adding new beliefs but unveiling what is already there, waiting to be remembered.

Ask yourself: What do I believe about myself? What do I believe about my potential? What are the stories I tell myself about what is possible in my life?

It is common to find limiting beliefs woven into these stories. These beliefs may have been passed down through family or formed through your experiences.  You have the power to gently dismantle the beliefs that no longer serve you. Realising that they are simply “stories” opens a doorway, allowing you to replace them with beliefs that empower, rather than restrict, your growth.

2. Visualise your ideal self, even if it feels distant

The next step is to create a clear vision of who you are meant to become. Picture this ideal version of yourself, this soul who lives authentically, aligned with purpose and joy. Feel into it, not just with your mind, but with your entire being. This vision becomes your North Star, guiding you through the small steps of change.

Remember, transformation is not a sprint; it is a gentle unfolding. You are not expected to embody this ideal self immediately, but by nurturing a vision of who you truly want to be, you will find the inspiration to take each next step.

3. Break It Down: Embrace small, meaningful changes

Overwhelm often comes from seeing the whole mountain instead of focusing on the single step before us. After connecting to your core beliefs and envisioning your ideal self, ask yourself: What small, aligned action can I take today?

These actions do not need to be monumental. In fact, the most powerful changes often arise from simple, consistent actions. If you want to feel more peace, perhaps a daily meditation practice would help. If you are seeking self-expression, maybe journaling for five minutes each day is the way to start. The path to change becomes manageable, even inviting, when we approach it in bite-sized pieces.

4. Build a foundation of support

There is a power in having a compassionate witness to your journey. Seeking guidance, whether from a mentor, coach, or spiritual advisor, can create a supportive environment where transformation feels safe and held. This person can help you reflect, reframe, and stay connected to your purpose, reminding you of your innate potential and the progress you have made, and also hold you accountable, helping you stay on your chosen path.

Having a witness can illuminate blind spots and make the journey feel less solitary. By walking this path with someone who understands and honours your soul’s journey, you gain the courage to continue even when the process feels challenging.

5. Practice Patience and Self-Compassion

As you take steps toward change, remind yourself to be gentle. Transformation can be a deep process which at times can be sensitive and painful.  It requires kindness and compassion toward ourselves. You will have days where things do not go as planned, where doubts creep in, and that is okay. Change, true lasting change, is an ebb and flow. It is a dance of growth, reflection, and gentle redirection.

Each small step, each layer of belief you shift, brings you closer to the life you truly want to live. As you allow yourself to be led by your core beliefs and the truth within you, you are creating not just change, but profound transformation.

You are not alone, and you do not have to do it alone

If these words resonate, then why not consider this a calling. As an award-winning Spiritual Life Purpose Coach and Star Priestess Astrologer, I am here to walk with you, to help you bring forward the inner strength and wisdom that already resides within.

Your journey is sacred. And sometimes, having a guide to illuminate your path can make all the difference. It would be an honour to be of service to you and help you on your transformational journey.  Because if nothing changes, nothing changes. But with each intentional step, you have the power to create a life that aligns with the deepest parts of your soul.

I am a fully accredited and award-winning Spiritual Life Purpose Coach, Star Priestess Astrologer and Meditation Teacher who guides women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, reclaim their worth, and live in harmony with the moon. At my core, I am a healer. I am a Reiki Master and an Advanced Crystal Healing Practitioner. I live by the moon and bring lunar energy into all of my work and daily spiritual practices. Through soulful coaching, sacred self-care and astrology, I help my clients move from burnout and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and purpose. Over the years, I have supported many women in transforming their relationship with themselves, offering everything from Goddess-centred birth chart readings and Sacred Health sessions, to intimate moon circles and empowering 1:1 and group coaching programmes. My approach is gentle, nurturing and compassionate, holding a safe and sacred non-judgemental space for her clients to be able to express themselves without fear. At the same time I will challenge outdated and negative thoughts, behaviours and blocks that could be preventing growth and the potential for moving forward. I am deeply intuitive, yet also a grounded guide, offering step-by-step practices that help my clients align with their truth and take inspired action. I believe that transformation does not have to be overwhelming. Small, sacred shifts, made consistently, can ripple into the most beautiful life changes. I am the founder of ‘The Sacred Sanctuary’, an online membership space for women who want to live in flow with the lunar cycle, reconnect with their soul path, and be part of a supportive sisterhood. In my spare time I volunteer once a week at the Goddess Temple in Glastonbury as a Melissa, welcoming visitors and holding space.
