What Is Sacred Reclamation Coaching?
What Is Sacred Reclamation Coaching? (And Is It for You?)
An honest exploration of what this work is, what it is not, and who it is truly for
You wake up already tired.
Not because you did not sleep, but because the kind of tired you are carrying does not lift with sleep.
You move through your day being what everyone needs you to be. Capable. Reliable. There.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that showing up, the question surfaces again, the one you push back down because there is no space to sit with it:
When did I stop feeling like myself?
You have likely told yourself this is temporary. That once work settles, once the caring eases, once you finally catch up on sleep, you will feel like yourself again. But if you are honest, this has been building for longer than a single busy season. The pattern has roots. And unless something interrupts it, you will still be having this same quiet conversation with yourself next year.
If that question is familiar, if it comes in the early hours, or in the moment between one task and the next, or in the mirror when you are too honest to look away, then this blog is written for you.
Not to sell you something. Not to give you a list of steps or a promise that everything will be easier by Tuesday. But to explain, as clearly and honestly as I can, what Sacred Reclamation Coaching actually is. What it involves. What it asks of the women who step into it. And why, for the women it is truly for, it is not just useful but necessary.
Let's Start With the Words Themselves
Sacred Reclamation. It is worth unpacking, because I chose both words deliberately and neither one is decorative.
Reclamation is the act of taking back something that has been lost, given away, or taken from you. In the context of this work, that means your sense of self. Your energy. Your voice. Your needs. Your right to take up space. The parts of you that got quietly set aside over years of performing roles, meeting expectations, and surviving circumstances that asked you to be less than fully yourself.
Reclamation is not dramatic. It does not happen in a single revelation. It is a gradual, patient, sometimes tender process of returning to yourself, piece by piece, layer by layer, until you recognise the woman looking back at you again.
Sacred means that this process is treated as what it actually is: deeply important work. Not self-indulgence. Not a luxury. Not something you do when everything else is handled and there is finally time left over. The word sacred is a deliberate reframe of the way most women have been taught to think about their own needs, as optional, as secondary, as things you earn the right to attend to once everyone else is taken care of.
Treating your own reclamation as sacred is, for many women, the most radical thing they have ever done.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been.
What Sacred Reclamation Coaching Is Not
I think it is worth being direct about this, because there is a great deal of noise in the coaching world and I want you to know clearly what you will not find here.
It is not a programme with modules and a predetermined path. There is no curriculum that applies to every woman regardless of who she is and what she is carrying. You are not a problem to be solved by a formula. The work we do together is shaped entirely by you; where you are, what is alive for you, what genuinely needs to shift.
It is not a quick fix or a reframe or a set of techniques applied to the surface of something that needs to be addressed at the root. I am not going to give you a list of tips and send you on your way. Sacred Reclamation is not surface work.
It is not about pushing harder or doing more. If you are already exhausted, the last thing you need is more to do. This work is often about doing less, about learning to stop overriding your own signals, to stop filling every space with effort, to discover what is actually there when you stop performing survival.
It is not therapy, although it is deeply supportive and some of what emerges in sessions may feel therapeutic. If you are in crisis or require clinical mental health support, I will always be honest about that and help you find the right resources. What I offer is coaching: forward-facing, you-centred, grounded in your own wisdom and capacity.
And it is not something you have to have it together to begin. The women who come to me are not women who have already done the work and need a final polish. They are women in the midst of something difficult, who are ready to stop navigating it alone.
What It Actually Is
Sacred Reclamation Coaching is a held, intentional space where you can finally be yourself without apology.
That sentence might sound simple. For many of the women I work with, it describes something they have not experienced in years.
In our sessions, we slow down. We look honestly at where you are: not where you think you should be, not where you feel guilty for not being, but where you actually are right now. What you are carrying. What you have been silencing. What the body knows that the mind has been too busy to hear.
I will ask you questions that help you see clearly, not to challenge you for the sake of it, but because the right question at the right moment can shift something that years of thinking about a problem have not been able to move.
I will reflect back what I observe with honesty and compassion. I will name the patterns I see, gently and directly. I will hold you accountable to yourself, because that is what you come to me for, not to be told what you want to hear, but to be genuinely supported in becoming who you are reclaiming.
I will challenge you with love when you are staying small. And I will hold you with real tenderness when tenderness is what is needed. Both things are part of this work.
Between sessions, I am available to you via WhatsApp or Messenger, not as a 24-hour hotline, but as a consistent, human presence in your corner. Because reclamation does not only happen in the hour we are talking. It happens in the moments between, when something shifts and you need to name it, or something feels impossible and you need a steady voice.
The Roles We Carry and the Woman Beneath Them
One of the things I return to most often in this work is the weight of roles.
You have been someone’s mother, someone’s daughter, someone’s partner, someone’s employee or employer/business owner, someone’s carer. You have been the capable one, the strong one, the reliable one, the person who holds it all together. You have been the good girl who learned early that making yourself smaller was the price of being accepted, or the high achiever who discovered that performing competence was safer than revealing vulnerability.
None of these roles are bad. Many of them contain genuine love and real meaning. But when the roles become the whole of how you understand yourself, when you genuinely cannot say who you are without reference to what you do for other people, something important has been lost.
Sacred Reclamation Coaching asks ‘who are you beneath the roles?’ Not instead of them. Not in rejection of the love and connection they contain. But beneath them. Before them. Who is the woman that existed before the world told her who she needed to be in order to be acceptable?
That woman is still there. She has not gone anywhere. She is simply waiting to be remembered.
Something to sit with
When did you last do something purely because it brought you joy, with no other justification required?
If no one needed anything from you for a full day, what would you choose to do with it?
What part of yourself have you been setting aside in order to keep everything running smoothly?
Whose needs do you consistently put before your own, and what does that cost you?
Before you consider whether coaching is right for you, it can be genuinely useful to have a clearer sense of the landscape you are working with. The Sacred Reclamation Assessment is a free tool designed to help you identify where the depletion runs deepest and which areas of your life and energy most need your attention. It takes only a few minutes, and many women find it brings a useful clarity simply in the naming. Take the Sacred Reclamation Assessment
The Exhaustion That Sleep Cannot Fix
I want to talk about exhaustion specifically, because it is so central to the experience of the women I work with and because it is so frequently misunderstood.
The kind of tiredness that brings women to Sacred Reclamation Coaching is not simply a sleep deficit. It is the exhaustion of a woman who has been overriding her own needs for a very long time. Who has been giving from the bottom of the cup for so long she has forgotten what a full cup felt like. Who has pushed through pain, emotional depletion, and the persistent inner knowing that something needs to change, because stopping felt impossible or selfish or dangerous.
For many of the women I work with, that exhaustion has found its way into the body. Chronic illness, fibromyalgia, persistent pain, immune depletion, these are not separate from the emotional and psychological story. The body keeps an honest record of what the mind has learned to override. When we start doing this work, the body is often one of the most important voices in the room.
I understand this from the inside, not just from professional training. My own path through burnout, breakdown, and fibromyalgia is part of what makes this work what it is. I do not ask women to push through. I ask them to listen. There is a significant difference.
Sacred Reclamation Coaching is paced to honour your actual capacity, not the capacity you think you should have, or the capacity you had before everything became so heavy. We work with your energy, not against it.
You cannot reclaim yourself by continuing to abandon yourself in the process of trying.
Why Sacred?
I am a Priestess of the Stars, working with and devoted to Goddess, offering Goddess centred astrology. The sacred dimension of this work is not a layer I add on top of the coaching. It runs through all of it.
What that means practically is this; I hold your process as genuinely important. Not just practically useful, not just emotionally beneficial, but meaningful at the deepest level. The work of returning to yourself, of reclaiming your energy and your voice and your sense of who you are, is not a self-improvement project. It is an act of devotion to your own life.
I can bring astrological insight into the work where it genuinely illuminates. Your birth chart carries a map of your patterns, your wounds, your gifts, and your soul’s direction. Understanding why certain dynamics keep repeating, why certain seasons feel heavier, why certain kinds of challenge follow you, this knowledge can be genuinely transformative. Not as a fixed fate, but as a language for what you are living.
I also draw on intuitive guidance and sacred practices rooted in Goddess wisdom: the rhythms of the moon, the turning of the seasons, the understanding that your body and your life are part of something larger than the relentless productivity the modern world asks of you. These elements are woven into sessions where they feel relevant and alive, always in service of you and your reclamation, never as imposed framework.
You do not need to be spiritual or to share my path to benefit from this work. You need only to be willing to bring all of yourself into the room.
Who Sacred Reclamation Coaching Is Truly For
This work is for the woman who has been strong for everyone else for so long that she has forgotten she is allowed to need things too.
It is for the woman who is navigating burnout, chronic illness, fibromyalgia, or depression, and who is tired of being told by a medical system that cannot find anything wrong with her that there is nothing wrong. Something is wrong. Her body is telling her. She is simply not yet in a space where she knows how to hear it.
It is for the woman who has achieved things that looked impressive from the outside whilst quietly falling apart on the inside. Who has the career, the relationships, the visible life, and still wakes up in the night with the question she cannot quite answer.
It is for the woman who has done some of this work before, perhaps therapy, perhaps other coaching, perhaps her own reading and journalling and inner searching, and who senses that there is a deeper layer still to reach. Something that has not shifted yet, despite everything she has already tried.
It is for the woman who knows, at a level that is past doubt, that something fundamental needs to change. Not a small adjustment. Not a new habit. Something real, in the way she moves through her own life.
And it is for the woman who is ready to stop doing this alone.
Is this work for you?
Do you feel like a stranger to yourself, as though the woman you used to be, or the woman you sense you could be, is someone you have lost contact with?
Are you exhausted in a way that rest does not seem to touch?
Do you find yourself consistently putting your own needs last, and resenting it even as you do it?
Do you know that something needs to shift, and also know that you have not yet been able to make it shift alone?
If you sat with those questions and felt the truth of them, you are in the right place.
What to Expect
All sessions are held online via Zoom, which means you can work with me from wherever in the world you are. I work with women internationally, across the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond, and I offer daytime, evening, and weekend availability to fit around your energy levels and commitments.
The full Sacred Reclamation container begins with a two-hour Foundation Session. This is where we go deep into where you are, what you have been carrying, and what you most need this work to address. We create a clear picture of the landscape together, and you leave with direction, clarity, and the sense of having been truly heard, many women tell me that the Foundation Session alone shifts something significant.
We then meet for eight further sessions over six months, paced to your needs. Some women need more frequent contact at the beginning and then find their rhythm. Others prefer steady, regular sessions throughout. We shape it together. Life with chronic illness or unpredictable energy levels means that rigid scheduling does not always serve you, and the container is built with that reality in mind.
If you are not ready to commit to the full container, single sessions are available at £125, and a free Sacred Conversation is always the right place to begin, a genuine, no-pressure conversation where we both discover whether working together feels right.
A Final Word
I am aware that choosing to invest in this kind of support is not a small decision. It requires something of you before the work has even begun: the willingness to say that you matter enough to prioritise. That your reclamation is worth the time, the money, the vulnerability of being genuinely seen.
For women who have spent years putting themselves last, that is often the first and most difficult act of reclamation.
If you are sitting with this and feeling the pull of it alongside the resistance, the part of you that says ‘yes, this’ and the part that immediately starts listing reasons why not, why later, why someone else deserves this more, I want you to notice that. That resistance is not a sign that this is not right for you. It is often a sign that it is exactly right, and that the work of claiming it matters.
You do not have to be certain. You do not have to be ready in some complete, organised way. You only have to be willing.
You can continue managing this alone. Many capable women do. You can keep being the strong one, the reliable one, the woman who copes. But coping is not the same as living. And at some point, strength without support becomes self-abandonment.
The next step is simple and costs nothing: a free Sacred Conversation, where we talk honestly about where you are and whether this work is what you need.
